I've been insured by Joe Hughes and now his son Rob off and on for over 30 years. I have sometimes gone elsewhere to save a few bucks, but I have never felt as well represented with other companies and I always come back. They handled a few claims over the years besides fender-benders, too. Years ago someone BACKED into us and claimed we rear-ended them. Farmers fought and won in court. Another time, we were sued by a litigious neighbor (we had a couple of teenagers acting out at the time, and were in the midst of a divorce, so it wasn't 100% frivolous...but probably 90%) once again Farmers and Joe Hughes took care of the situation without us needing to be involved. I can't say enough good about the whole office.
